Cellexa LifeSciences is hiring a Confident and Energetic Area Sales Manager with experience in managing PHARMACEUTICAL SALES and enhancing business in the markets of Surat and Vadodara (Baroda). The ASM can be based out of Surat / Baroda and will have to cover both locations. HE MUST HAVE A PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS ASM IN PHARMA SECTOR ONLY.

Cellexa Lifesciences operates in the Dermatology segment. Cellexa is headquartered at Mumbai. It already has a strong presence Pan India and especially Gujarat & Kerala.

This is a full time job and any graduate can apply though science graduates are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities of Area Sales Manager (ASM):
1) To manage a team of 4 Business executives/managers to achieve their territory sales targets thus achieving the regional targets consistently.
2) To plan the Budget & the daily working of each BM in such a way that maximum ROI is achieved.
3) To ensure that the BM executes the set marketing strategies as shared by the marketing team
4) To supervise and guide each BM through proper Induction and hand holding from time to time by conducting On the job Training.
5) To monitor the working and sales performance of BMs in terms of their Customer list, Product knowledge, Coverage, achievement etc. with the help of tools like feedback from each BM, reporting system, personal contacts, etc.
6) To add value to the business during joint working with BMs & RM.
7) To recognize and appreciate the work of his Team Members and also to counsel and discipline them at times.
8) To ensure zero vacancy in the area by referring quality candidates for the selection process.
9) To create and harness relationships with various customers & stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of queries.
10) To become a link between the BM and the RBM & company management.

Candidate requirements:
– Proven work experience as an ASM or similar senior sales role ONLY in Pharma industry
– Managing a team of Medical Representatives

Area coverage : Vadodara and Surat
Salary : 3L – 5 L/ annum
Experience : 5-6 years
